- A South Carolina State University pennant with a red background and blue edges. The left side of the pennant has the universities bulldog mascot in blue and white. A large letter “S” is behind the mascot. At center in blue and white text is “SOUTH CAROLINA STATE / BULLDOGS.” On the right near the tip of the pennant is additional text within a white outlined circle that reads “SC / State / University / 1896.” Along the bottom edge of the lower left corner in white text is “WinCraft Made in the U.S.A.” Attached to the left edge is a black strip of added felt. The reverse is blank. A small holographic sticker with a serial number in black text reading “CS29284625” is on the back in the upper right corner.
