- This 3.5" floppy disk containsThe Maxell Two-Minute Warning Edition of John Madden Football. This is a demo of the game, John Madden Football, which was first released in 1988. The game was published by Electronic Arts and designed by Robin Antonick. This game runs on IBM PC/XT/AT, PS/2 30 or Tandy 4000.3000.1000 and Compaq. The disk was manufactured by Maxell.
- The disk was included with blank ten packs of floppy disks sold by Maxell specifically their MD2-D, MD2-HD, F2-DD and MF-HD formats making it the 11th disk in the set which is also the number of players a football team puts on the field.
