- Digital image of a photograph of Tulsa Race Massacre survivors and Eddie Faye Gates posed in two rows. Ten people are seated in the first row, and six stand behind them. Fifteen of the sixteen people wear or display the Oklahoma Medal of Distinction, medals hanging from green ribbon - Eddie Faye Gates, who stands third from the right in a black dress and animal print scarf, instead wears a red ribbon. Survivors present include Delois Vaden Ramsey, second row and second from left in a turquoise dress; Thelma Knight, second row and second from right in a black jacket; Roanna Henry McClure, first row and fourth from the left in a light blue dress and white hat; Otis Clark, second row and second from the right in a white suit and bowtie; and Genevieve Tillman-Jackson, second row and first from the right in a white dress. The photograph is taken in the gymnasium of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma as part of a Riot Commemoration Program. The backdrop is a short brick wall and a red curtain. Back of photograph has a repeating watermark for Kodak Royal Paper. There are several inscriptions on the image of the back. At top left in blue ink is [#133]. At bottom left in blue ink is [TRR 1921 Survivors / June 4, 2001 / Riot Commemoration Program / Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Tulsa]. At center right in black ink is [2001].
