General: This property was designed by Ethelbert Furlong in the early 1950's. The trees and shrubs are now mature. The parterre garden is an excellent enclosure for the terrace area.; Persons associated with the garden property include: Dr. and Mrs. Halprin (former owner, 1954-1985); and Ethelbert Furlong (landscape designer, 1955-1956).
