- Little is known about this property. The front of the Ranch Style house with its entrance drive and minimal landscaping contrasted with the gardens at the side and rear of the property, which dropped off into woods and a view of nearby hills. White birch trees accented a stone terrace with outdoor seating, while a variety of shrubs and ground cover plants softened the edges of the hardscaping.
