- With design work by Nelva M. Weber, this site featured the use of concrete block as the material in a retaining wall and another wall separating a service area from adjacent parts of the house and garden. The site was surrounded by woods and featured typical foundation planting as well as a grassy area off the living room accented by birch trees.
