- Designed and developed by Earl Hart Jamison, Peddler's Village is a commercial complex including 70 specialty shops, 6 restaurants, and an inn, all intended to reflect the style of colonial America. It was founded in 1962 on six acres known as Hentown, which had housed a chick hatchery, barn, and a group of chicken coops. Over the years it has grown to 42 acres of landscaped grounds and is a major shopping and tourist attraction in Bucks County.
